Wild Coho Salmon is also known as a Silver Salmon. It is an awesome wild animal! This fish is leaner than a King Salmon and is very mild in flavor. Although leaner than a King Salmon it is still a very fatty fish. Coho is an extremely versatile salmon that can be cooked a variety of ways. The quanitity you choose is the pounds you want. An 'average" serving size is about 1/2 a pound...so 3 pounds should feed about 6 adults.
