Firm, flaky and mild, halibut is just the thing for the person who doesn't care for strong-flavored fish! These versatile fish are excellent barbecued or broiled, baked, stuffed or fried. We recommend having it steaked, but you could also have it filleted or we can do half steaks and half fillets. The fish are 21-30lbs each.

  • **PLEASE NOTE** a 18 pound fish will NOT yield 18 pounds of meat. Some weight will be lost in the cutting process.
