Albacore is a very migratory fish and is only around the northwest for a few months out of the year. They have a high fat content which makes the meat very delicate and mild in flavor. It is great to eat raw or after a quick sear. It is only around for a short time so get it while you can! Each fish is 12-15 pounds.
