Leaving behind the office life to work at Pike Place Fish and do what I love with my best friends

What does "World Famous" mean to you?

Creating a space of fun and enjoyment that anyone around the world is able to come and be accepted and celebrated

Future aspirations?

I want to own land here in the Pacific Northwest, have a heard of Coon hounds and be an ocean sustainability GURU!

Hobbies or interests?

Anything that gets me outdoors - RAIN OR SHINE - with my dog. I love the snow, water, and sometimes, even land

Favorite seafood recipe?

Pan-seared Albacore tuna steak with sesame oil on top of Jasmine rice and garnished with fresh cilantro

No matter what is going on in their life, that are GUARANTEED to walk away with a smile, and maybe a couple of fish scales

Do you have a favorite moment at Pike Place Fish?

My very first day here, Felix Hernandez came down and caught a fish. He gave me a hug as he left...I haven't showered since.
