These Atlantic salmon are naturally farm raised in local waters. Their moist meat and mild flavor make them perfect for grilling and baking. They are fed all natural meal with no antibiotics and no color added. Each fish weighs between 17 and 21 lbs and we will cut it to order. This is the salmon of the future!

**PLEASE NOTE** a 12 pound fish will NOT yield 12 pounds of meat. Some weight will be lost in the cutting process.
