Swordfish is a mild, flaky, and somewhat sweet warm water fish. Best cooked on the grill, you can spice it up with teriyaki sauce, or dice it up to make kabobs. You can also bake or broil it for an easy dinner with some rice. Each steak weighs 1 1/2 lbs.
