Firm, flaky and mild, halibut is just the thing for the person who doesn't care for strong-flavored fish! These versatile fish are excellent barbecued or broiled, baked, stuffed or fried. We recommend having it steaked, but you could also have it filleted. The fish are between 12 and 20 pounds each.

  • **PLEASE NOTE** a 12 pound fish will NOT yield 12 pounds of meat. Some weight will be lost in the cutting process.
