Firm, flaky and mild, halibut is just the thing for the person who doesn't care for strong-flavored fish! These versatile fish are excellent barbecued or broiled, baked, stuffed or fried. We recommend having it steaked, but you could also have it filleted or we can do half steaks and half fillets. The fish are 12-18lbs each.
