Chilean sea bass has a great rich flavor, it's loaded with heart-healthy Omega-3 fatty acids and has a clean white flesh that forms large flakes when cooked. Because of the high oil content, the meat just "melts-in-your-mouth." Chilean sea bass is excellent for grilling. You can also steam, bake, broil, or poach. (previously frozen)
