Important holiday shipping information

Because of the Christmas and New Years holidays, there are some changes to the  normal shipping schedule. They are as follows:

• There will be NO UPS shipping on Saturday Dec. 24th or Monday Dec. 26th. All order placed to ship on these days will shipped on Tuesday Dec. 27th to arrive on Wednesday Jan. 28th.

• There will be NO UPS shipping on Saturday Dec. 31st or Monday Jan. 2nd. All order placed to ship on these days will shipped on Tuesday Jan. 3rd to arrive on Wednesday Jan. 4th.

Please schedule your ship date accordingly.  We suggest shipping packages to arrive a couple days before you plan on using then. The fish will last several days in a refrigerator. This time of year there can be delays due to weather that may cause you shipments to arrive a day late. We just want to make sure you can enjoy your holiday seafood meal.

Guaranteed fresh to your doorstep

To ensure that our seafood will arrive fresh and ready to enjoy, we use UPS overnight shipping.

Please note:

• Shipping Monday through Thursday is $65 for the first 1 to 12 pounds, and $3 for each pound over 12.
• Shipping Friday and Saturday is $85 for the first 1 to 12 pounds, and $4 for each pound over 12
• We pass our UPS discount on to you.
• Shipping price includes an additional 9 pounds of packing material: a box lined with Styrofoam, plus two reusable gel ice packs to keep it cold.

 Important delivery information:

• All orders placed before 4:30 p.m. PST Monday through Thursday will be shipped that day (unless otherwise requested) to arrive the following day. Most packages will arrive before noon. Depending on where you are located your package can show up as late as 7:00 p.m. Please allow two days if ordering for a special event to allow for unexpected weather and other possible shipping delays.
• Shipping on Friday for a Saturday delivery or Saturday for a Monday delivery is an additional $20 and is not provided for shipments going to Hawaii and rural areas.
• There is no shipping available on Sunday.
• Ground Shipping will take 5-7 days depending on destination.
• Under 4 pounds of our smoked salmon can be shipped for $55 .
• Fish will be delivered with no signature required, so you do not have to be there to receive it. The fish will stay fresh in its shipping box until you get home.

 Shipping non-perishable items

•  Non-perishable items can be sent by the method of your choice, unless shipped with fresh seafood.

 More bang for your buck

We recommend that you buy at least 12 pounds of fresh fish, since shipping costs are the same for 1 to 12 pounds. Fish you are not going to use within a few days of delivery, can be frozen for up to 8 months.

Shipping is included on all of the gift and party packs.
